About Us
OPENING CEREMONY ASCS IV BALI 7-9 APRIL 1999
ISCS is a professional scientific organization in cosmetic area. ISCS was established in Jakarta on 14th of December 1986 by 9 founding members: Dr Retno I.S. Tranggono, Fatma Latifah, Iis Aisyah, Farida Ibrahim, Furose, DR Yap Tjiang Beng, Syarif Wasitaatmadja, A. Pakasi, Rusdi Budisusetyo. Affiliated into IFSCC (International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists) as the 27th member in 1987. Now there have been 62 updated active members (by September 2009).
The aim of the organization
To enhance the scientific knowledge of the members and society
To develop Cosmetics Sciences
To increase the quality of Cosmetics care to Indonesian society
